The LTA in conjunction with the Government have released COVID-19 restrictions that we shall be implementing from Saturday 17th October.

  • INDOOR TENNIS – MAX 2 HOURS PER DAY
  • SOCIAL PLAY DROP-IN SESSIONS: cancelled until further notice on the indoor courts
  • CASUAL PLAY WITH MEMBERS OF A DIFFERENT HOUSEHOLD: – NOT PERMITTED

WE SHALL BE CANCELLING ALL COURTS THAT ARE NOT BOOKED WITH A MEMBER’S NAME AND COACH – THE COST OF COURT/s  WILL BE APPLIED BACK INTO YOUR ACCOUNT.

  • GUESTS: NOT PERMITTED
  • 1:1 COACHING: Permitted (coach with one household only – no shared lesson with a friend)
  • TEAM TRAINING: cancelled until further notice on the indoor courts
  • MINI TENNIS / GROUPS / SQUADS: continue as is – no parents/guardian SPECTATING
  • HOLIDAY CAMP: permitted – restrictions in place and not changed
  • TEDDY TENNIS: continue as is – no parents permitted indoors or can play outside on MINI COURT AREA ONLY with parents in attendance
  • FAMILY MEMBERSHIPS: Doubles permitted if living at same abode
  • SPECTATING: not allowed unless a parent/guardian supervision to a private lesson – not permitted on court

OUTDOOR TENNIS – MAX 2 HOURS PER DAY

  • SOCIAL PLAY DROP IN SESSIONS: permitted – games of singles and doubles permitted
  • CASUAL PLAY WITH MEMBERS OF A DIFFERENT HOUSEHOLD: – PERMITTED
  • GUESTS: NOT PERMITTED
  • 1:1 COACHING: permitted
  • GROUP COACHING: permitted
  • SPECTATING: not allowed unless a parent/guardian supervision to a private lesson – one per player
  • CAFÉ – OPEN – no more than 6 in ‘bubbles’
  • WC’s – OPEN

These measures will be implemented from Saturday 17th at 07.00hrs – until further notice.

Please note, no visitors permitted at any time, and MAX 2 HOURS PLAY PER DAY.

Covid-19 Restrictions in England Tier 2 is considered ‘HIGH’;  the measures put in place must be adhered to in order for us to be kept open and provide a service to you – we continually stress that if indoors, you wear you mask at all times apart from on court, continue to  use the hand sanitisers and on entry into the club, please scan your phone onto the NHS track and trace poster that are prominently displayed at various points throughout the club.
