Further to our email of this morning informing you that we shall be re-opening the outdoor courts and on receiving the latest LTA bulletin this afternoon, the LTA in discussion with the Government, have provided a set of guidelines that we are expected to adhere to in order to provide a safe environment for you to play in. As required by the LTA, we shall be using the next couple of days to complete a risk assessment and put in place the necessary steps to comply with the LTA and Governmental guidelines and ensure the Club procures the members a safe environment in which to play. We will therefore be opening our outdoor courts from FRIDAY 15 May at 07.00hrs.
Our online booking system will be open from tomorrow, WEDNESDAY 13 May at 20.00hrs for members to book – we shall be issuing a separate set of rules (including health & safety) for this period of the season, which will be sent out tomorrow.
We should again stress, court bookings and entry will only be available to members who have rejoined – in processing membership, please allow 24 hrs from your point of payment to being received into our account and consequently being activated accordingly. There is no need for a second fob to be issued – your current fob has had the second point of entry to the outdoor courts automatically added.
For juniors that are under 16, fobs are not issued – we will advise in our next communication how to gain entry.
Please understand we are moving as quickly as possible but have to adhere to strict guidelines that have only just been issued.
Our priority is your safety and we must ensure that we have all necessary measures in place before we open.
We thank you for your support
Very best wishes
Benoit Belhomme Chairman and the Board of Directors
