Terms and Conditions for Junior Programmes
Weekly Courses
- Registration should be completed prior to the course start date
- If your child has a serious medical problem, you should remain on site for the duration of the lesson
- If your child requires an epipen, you should remain on site for the duration of the lesson
- Payment must be made on registration to secure a place – no reservation will be taken without payment
- Places are sold on a first-come first-serve basis
- A signed parental consent form is required for all weekly courses
- Confirmation of a weekly group will be sent via email, so a current email address is required
- Groups may be spilt according to ability rather than age – this will be decided by our Head Coach
- A missed session is not reimbursed or made up for at an alternative date
- Please ensure that your child wears proper non-marking tennis footwear
- Children will be signed in and signed out of all mini tennis groups
- Children are not permitted to leave the court without permission from the coach
- Use of Changing room POLICY
- Children attending mini tennis groups will not be allowed to wait in the car-park area and must be collected from inside the clubhouse
- Chandos Tennis Club reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions
Holiday Camps
- All course bookings are subject to availability
- Bookings are non-refundable after purchase from Chandos Tennis Club, unless a valid medical certificate declaring the child is unfit to attend
- It is your responsibility to check that your child is booked onto the correct course and you are aware of the timings
- Registration should be completed prior to the start of the week/day that you require
- Any child arriving for a camp session not booked in, will incur an additional charge of £5 on top of the course fee

- Children will be asked to register in and be signed out after the camp has finished
- Confirmation of a camp will be sent via email, so a current email address is required

- Please ensure that your child wears proper non-marking tennis footwear and appropriate clothing in relation to weather conditions
- It is your responsibility to apply sun cream if the weather requires
- Children will be signed in and signed out of all camp sessions
