Following yesterday’s Prime Minister’s announcement and in conjunction with LTA guidelines – Step 3, we are delighted to update you on further positive changes at the Club with effect from Monday 17 May.

Following on from the Government’s published roadmap dated 22nd February 2021 for the gradual and staged easing of lockdown restrictions in England and the LTA guidelines issued for re-opening of tennis in England, we are delighted to announce that we will be opening our outdoor courts from Monday 29 March at 07.00hrs.

Following the Prime Minister’s announcement this evening putting the country under national lockdown , Chandos LTC will close at the end of play tonight until further notice.

The club entered Tier 4 (Stay at Home) and have been subject to Government  and LTA restrictions since the 20th of December.  This has resulted in FULL CLOSURE of our indoor facility, including the washrooms and office. We are very fortunate that we are permitted to carry on using our outdoor courts, with restrictions in place.

The prime minister has announced from midnight tonight, London is moving into Tier 4 and consequently, we have to close the indoor facility until further notice, this includes use of the lounge, changing rooms, toilets and gym.
