Our holiday programme is a great introduction for your child to tennis whether as a beginner or an experienced player.
Our daily and weekly programme will give your child a great opportunity to improve their game. Beginner or advanced players will benefit from our intensive learning programme. Our experienced coaches have run successful tennis camps at the club for the last ten years.
We are running courses over the Summer .
Duration of daily schedule:
Full day runs from 9:30am-3:00pm
Half day runs from 9:30am-12:30pm
Afternoon runs from 1:00pm-3:00pm
30 minutes break for lunch at 12:30pm

- Online using the buttons for whole week (Half Day/Full Day/Afternoon)
- Due to current restrictions only FULL WEEK bookings can be made. Registration & payment required in advance to secure place which will be confirmed via email.
- Please note that no bookings will be accepted on the day.
Sibling discount. 10% off second child, 20% off with 3rd child. (Not applicable to group bookings)

CHANDOS HOLIDAY CAMP arrangements in place due to COVID-19.
We are looking forward to seeing you at Chandos LTC for our holiday camp programme. We need to advise you of measures we have in place, relevant to our club. We require that all children are aware of procedures in place. Play will take place on indoor courts. Children will be kept in their ‘bubbles’ according to age and ability and we will try to ensure the same coach/helper remains with that group for the week. There is a maximum number of children permitted to use the washrooms at any one time, these will be cleaned regularly throughout the time the children are at the club. Hand sanitisers are readily available – ALL WATER FOUNTAINS ARE CLOSED – water can be bought or containers filled whilst cafe is open.
ARRIVAL & REGISTRATION :
Although camp starts at 9.30am, we shall be at the club from 9.00am to allow a staggered registration – there will be 2 registration desks. Please do not crowd the desks and wait for us to call you through –
9.05 arrival: ages 11yrs and above – having checked in, please proceed to lounge area, place belongings in TV area and then go to sit at the long table clearly marked at the CAFE end of the lounge – your assistant coach will be there to supervise you
9.05 arrival: ages 8/9/10yrs old – having checked in, please proceed to lounge area, place belonging in TV area and then go to sit at long table clearly marked MIDDLE area of lounge – your assistant coach will be there to supervise you
9.10 arrival: ages 8/9/10yrs old – having checked in, please proceed to lounge area, place belonging in TV area and then go to sit at long table clearly marked MIDDLE area of lounge – your assistant coach will be there to supervise you
9.20 arrival: ages 6/7yrs old – having checked in, please place belongings in rack by blue notice board behind registration desks and then go to long table near TV end area of lounge – your assistant coach will be there to supervise you
9.30 arrival: ages 4/5 yrs old – having checked in, please place belongings in rack by blue notice board behind registration desk and meet your coach/es and follow them to your court area.
BREAK-TIMES – will be staggered – no group will overlap and coaches and helpers will be with the group at all times
COLLECTION TIMES: ONLY IN DISABLED AREA OF CARPARK we will bring the children out to you – it is essential for you to PLEASE BE ON TIME, we will be coming through from the side gate exit – not front door. We shall be operating a sign out procedure.
For those staying for the afternoon session and bringing own packed lunch – please clearly have labelled and to place in areas as specified by age group upon registration.
Having lunch will take place on the long wooden tables in age groups – keeping within ‘bubbles’.
For those wishing to order lunch at the club – menu is shown below – PARENTS: NO CASH PAYMENT ACCEPTED – please either pre order via email or order and pay at the cafe once your child has checked in; payment with a credit/debit card.
As with Government/LTA guidelines, any child or parent displaying any of the recognised symptoms of COVID-19, will be refused entry to the Club premises. Should symptoms be displayed at any time whilst already on the Club premises, the individual concerned will be required to isolate, and we shall inform all concerned who have been in contact and ask them to leave and return home. No refund will be issued.
Cancellation Policy : If cancelled before the course starts will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee, if cancelled during the course will receive no refund.
We reserve the right to cancel and refund due to force majeure re Covid 19 Virus.
We regret we are unable to accept childcare vouchers.

To guarantee your child’s place, please book in advance. Camps can be very busy and there will be a limit on numbers taking part.
There will be a 15 minutes break midway through the morning.
On hot days there will be regular water breaks throughout the day. We recommend a water bottle at all times.
Suitable sports clothing should be worn for specific conditions. Please also ensure that correct footwear should be worn (please note we cannot allow marking soles on the courts).
Any children under the age of 5 years old are taken at the clubs discretion.
Groups will be assigned according to age and ability.
For your child’s safety please ensure you arrive 5 minutes before session ends. We will be responsible for your child during session time only. If there is any delay in your collection please notify Club Secretary thereafter.
NB: You will be asked to sign your child in to register and upon collection you will be asked to sign your child out.

Please label your child’s racquet clearly. We can also provide rackets should you wish. Any child behaving in a disruptive or anti social manner will be asked to leave the course. There will be a prize-giving at 12:15 each Friday should you wish to be there. If your child cannot attend please inform us in advance.
Please help us ensure quality for our courses by booking in advance. This will help us give your children a better playing experience and will help us to have the correct balance between coaches and players. We would also encourage players to attend the whole weeks course. This will give them the best possible learning experience. You will receive a discount for more than one player in your family who takes part.
We will make every effort to cater for your child should they have an allergy and have qualified First Aiders on site. However, in the case of serious allergy where administration of Epipen or other drugs may be needed we require that for your child’s added safety a parent/carer is present throughout the session at the club.
