McLaughlin & Harvey, Barratt London and Chandos Tennis Club have broken ground on a new state-of-the-art facility at the former Finchley Manor Garden Centre site on East End Road in Barnet, London NW11.
In February 2014, a planning application was approved to redevelop the existing Chandos Tennis Club into new housing.
